CONCERN OR WORRY FOR A LOVED ONE

Honouring another soul’s journey as being perfect for their lessons and purpose is the way to be the most constructive and helpful.

It can be such a weight on you if you have a loving, tender heart and feel concern for another, particularly if it is a family member. My teacher told me recently that one of the biggest lessons we are learning at this time, especially mothers and their children, is to let go and allow. Intellectually, I am sure you understand that everyone has their own lessons and path which, even despite the difficulties, is perfect for them. Haven’t you learnt much through our challenges? If you look back would you change them? They are the way through which we choose from the level of our souls to learn and grow. Please know life is a mystery, it is unknowable, but the soul knows perfectly what is right for each person’s development. If you are over-concerned you are leaking your energy and are adding to the problem, literally feeding it with negativity, maintaining the situation and preventing the solution from entering from spirit and Source. Someone once told me this is like adding fertilizer to the problem! One of the ways you can be powerfully helpful is to recognise the God in the other person, the soul light, rather than the struggling human. Do this meditation and then let go, respecting and honouring the other person’s journey and the lessons they have chosen.
