At this time on the planet the door is wide open for us to change our identity from suffering, struggling humans (old energy humans) to bring together our human self with our divinity and live effortlessly, with ease and grace, allowing abundance, love, joy and peace to be a natural state of being. It is a very different dynamic to the ‘old’ way in which we have lived for 1,000’s of years.

I connect with my I Am Presence several times a day by calling it forth whenever great wisdom, healing or inspiration is required for a task or an individual. The truth is that I have never experienced such perfection in any outcome when I do this.

All these meditations are about love. The I Am Presence comes to you through the heart. My favourite meditation is Track 5 The I Am Meditation. It is a simple mediation but the result of breathing in the many qualities of the I Am is startling. You will find yourself becoming peaceful, clear, loving, centred and knowing. Your whole frequency rises to vibrate with the I Am. It is my favourite meditation and once you have been guided through it you can do it anytime, anywhere with powerful results.

These meditations will transform you and your life. They are an invitation to move into Who You Truly Are, an expression of Source.
